On Friday, August 29th, we had the honor of welcoming Mr. Michael Whalen to our school. Mr. Whalen is not only a former Principal and Coach at Briggs School, but also a proud Vietnam War Veteran. During his visit, he generously donated a copy of his book, Chosen to Serve, which tells the inspiring story of his life and service.

We are incredibly grateful for Mr. Whalen’s contribution to our library and community. Thank you, Mr. Whalen, for your thoughtful donation—and most importantly, thank you for your service to our country!
